With constant battle against big industry, two guys decided to start a small computer repair business that would concentrate on the customer and not solely on the almighty dollar. Outraged by the pricing for easy to do items that many people aren't aware of Top Notch Technologies came up with a flat fee. Do you pay your plumber or electrician for each little item they take care of when they are onsite? No, you pay them per hour for each job. Well, we're not any different. We charge by the hour and the hour only.
